Arthur Shepherd is excited about leading Point of Grace Church and hopes to meet you along the way.   His vision for the church  is to model Christ in the community and to compassionately invest in the lives of those within our reach.

He is a lifelong resident of St. Mary’s County and served as the Recreation Division Manager for the St. Mary’s County Recreation and Parks for 33 years. He retired in 2011 yet the County called him in 2017 to serve in the role as Director of the department. He considers being a bi-vocational pastor a privilege to serve both in the community and within the local church. "Partnering with  Park Hall Elementary School to enrich the lives of the students and families is a thrill as well."

Pastor Shepherd lives in Leonardtown with his wife Linda. They have four adult children and six grandchildren.

Mark Lindgren is thrilled to participate in what God is doing at Point of Grace Church.

He returned to St. Mary’s County in 2018 to join Point of Grace Church and to work part-time at the King’s Christian Academy in Callaway. Mark received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Cedarville University in 2013 and a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2018.  He loves Scripture and considers it an enormous privilege to study it and teach it. He feels humbled to be able to invest in the lives of children and students for the glory of God and the joy of God’s people.
